Buses stop just outside the door, offering you a convenient way to get around. And everything else you might need is within walking distance. Is the reception manned all night?
Yes.
Do you offer early check-in/late check-out?
Would you like to check in early or extend your stay a little? No problem! Subject to availability, you can book the following options:
Early check-in: From 11.30 am for €25.00
Late check-out: Take it easy until 6.00 pm for €35.00
Is it possible to arrive late?
Of course! Even if you don’t arrive until later in the evening, that’s no problem at all. We look forward to seeing you!
What time is the standard check-out time?
On the day of departure, you can relax and make use of your room until 12:00.
How much does parking cost?
There are around 25 free parking spaces available around our hotel. You can also park your car for free in the surrounding side streets.
Please note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space. All spaces are subject to availability.
Do you also have an underground car park?
Yes, this costs €12 per night.
Are there charging facilities for electric cars at the hotel?
Yes! There are four electric vehicle charging points provided by an external operator in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, where you can conveniently charge your electric car.
Please note that, unfortunately, it is not possible to book these charging points. Use is subject to availability.
Can a bus park at your place?
Yes, there is a free parking space available for your coach right next to the hotel.

How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast costs €16 per person/day. Children under 12 eat breakfast for free.

Do you have your own hotel restaurant?
No, we don’t have a restaurant in our hotel. But you can have breakfast with us.
I am travelling with my dog. Can it travel with me free of charge?
One pet stays free of charge. Additional pets cost €15 per pet and stay.
We have children with us. What is your policy on children?
Children up to the age of 12 sleep in their parents’ room free of charge.
Do you have cots or extra beds?
Yes.
Can I hire bikes from you?
No, there are no bikes available for hire.
Is there a place to park bicycles and e-bikes?
Of course! There are bike racks available for your bike or e-bike both in our underground car park and outside. You’re welcome to use these free of charge, of course.
Are there any fitness facilities at the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not currently have our own fitness area at the hotel.
Does your hotel have a spa?
No, unfortunately not.
Do you offer room service?

Is there a bar in the hotel?
Yes, our bar is open around the clock.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
No, our rooms do not have a minibar.
How often is my room cleaned, and when do I get fresh towels?
To help protect the environment, we’d like to work with you to save valuable resources such as water, energy and cleaning products. That’s why we clean your room every three days.
Need fresh towels in the meantime? No problem! Just let us know – we’ll be happy to provide you with new towels at any time.
